You might not have received your payment due to several reasons.

One of the reasons could be that you have a negative balance on your Revlum account due to chargebacks. Another could be that the payment details you have entered might be wrong or missing.

Please visit your Revlum dashboard and verify that all of the information you have entered is correct. You can do that actions under "Wallet" section.
